2019 College Showcase Camp Information

Firecracker Baseball will be hosting a College Showcase Camp at Southern New Hampshire University. This camp is available to all prospective baseball players.

During the morning all players will receive a pro style workout, a showcase performance t-shirt and a statistical data driven evaluation performed by college and professional coaches. These evaluations will be made available online and distributed to our college scouting and contact database.

Want more than the average showcase? During our lunch break we are offering 2 exclusive seminars/panels on college recruiting, being a quality student athlete along with financial aid support. The great part, one seminar is for players only and the other seminar is for parents only!

In the afternoon all players will play a simulated game and be evaluated by the college/pro coaches in attendance. This game will consist of 10-12 innings and every pitcher will get to throw during the game while being umpired by 2 New England Collegiate Umpires. Coaches will be in the dugout and on the field providing feedback, instruction and interactions. These evaluations will be made available online and distributed to our college scouting and contact database.  All subsequent stories and highlights written about a player will be linked to the player’s social media profile along with the Firecracker Baseball’s website and social media platforms, ultimately creating a one-stop shop for a college recruiter.

We had a tremendous turnout of college and professional coaches in 2018 throughout our 3 showcase camps. We evaluated and worked out over 270+ student athletes at our events in Old Orchard Beach, Maine; Providence, Rhode Island and Westchester, New York. We had over 100+ college coaches and professional scouts present throughout these 3 events last summer, very excited to be one of most scouted events in the Northeast.
